Scientifically validated SEED-TO-TABLE PURITY

The quality of fresh ingredients depends on factors such as the cleanliness of their origin, genetic purity, and a contamination-free growth process. 

To address supply chain challenges, we launched this initiative in partnership with the world’s most prestigious food safety certifiers, leveraging third-party laboratory testing to ensure end-to-end safety and quality throughout the entire lifecycle.

HARVEST-TO-TABLE: delivering peak freshness

The freshness of ingredients, particularly imported ones, often deteriorates as they pass through multiple warehouses of importers, wholesalers, and retailers before reaching the end consumer.

To address this, we launched this initiative to deliver ingredients at their peak freshness, aligned with their natural harvest season.Through air freight utilizing customized thermal protocols, we transport ingredients directly to consumers with minimized transit intervals and zero intermediate storage, ensuring optimal quality.

We source ingredients exclusively from pristine origins, free from anthropogenic pollution.

Within China-GI Zones

We curate ingredients originated exclusively from state-recognized Geographical Indication (GI) zones, as defined by CNCA Standard GB/T 17924.

Beyond our border-EUEP/FAO/WHO Regulations

We source ingredients exclusively from pristine origins, adhering to ENEP, FAO, and WHO standards for soil, water, and air contaminant thresholds.

Seed-to-Table Certified Purity

Applying scientifically validated protocols, our end-to-end traceability testing is conducted in collaboration with third-party laboratories accredited by the world’s most prestigious food certifiers, including SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, UL Solutions, and BSI. Our testing covers:

Origin Environment: Comprehensive analysis of bio-contamination pathways.

Growth Process: Lifecycle surveillance testing for contaminants.

Processing & Packaging: Testing to prevent coolant residue and additive preservative contamination.

Transportation Cold Chain: Microbial contamination testing to ensure safety.

Seasonal Harvest At Peak Freshness

We prioritize sourcing ingredients at their peak freshness, exclusively aligned with their natural harvest season. To ensure optimal freshness, we employ the following measures:

Air Transportation for All: Every ingredient we sell is air-shipped immediately after harvest, delivering it directly from source to table.

Zero Intermediate Storage: Unlike other wholesalers and retailers, we never store products in warehouses before delivering them to end-users.

Customized Thermal Protocols: Our cold-chain transportation system uses precision temperature control tailored to each shipment.
