We look for suppliers who can offer:
Sustainably wild-caught seafood, certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) or regulated by CCAMLR (Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources) and the AC (Arctic Council)
Meats certified rating above level 4 in the G.A.P. (Global Animal Partnership) animal welfare tiered system as below: Level4-Raised on pasture; no feedlots; Level 5-Raised on pasture; no physical alterations; Leve 5+ -Entire life on same farm
Organic fruits and grains certified by national programs for organic production, or by one of the below certifiers: European Commission, Demeter International, ECOCERT Group
